I took a max one a day multivitamin and the results seem to be working. My blood pressure seemed o have been lowered.my last bp reading was 130/73 and i was feeling a bit off.i am now feeling real good but i need to ensure that the bp s not too low.will check on that soon.

Insulin injections a really effective for my diabetes. But if I overtake it, for example when I skip one dose and I have to take the double the next time, it makes me feel extremely weak. Benadryl is my first choice when I have an allergic reaction. I'm allergic to seafood, I take a capsul before I eat seafood and I don't even up with a rash.
