Actually changed my life. Effectively lifted my depression and has allowed me to finally function normally. The only major side effect i've noticed is that when I miss several doses in a row, I get dizzy and my balance is off. This goes away when I resume taking it, though, and is a small price to pay for what it has done.

The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. I have had to stop all NSAIDS, asperine, and even paracetamol, because they all cause coughing and wheezing. I was so looking forward to a herbal remedy that would not have this nasty side-effect. This is a terrible medication that did not work at all. It gave me a rapid heartbeat and ruined my asthma. I could not breathe at all. I had to be rushed to the ER for breathing treatments due to this medication.

Benzamycin

Benzamycin contains benzoyl peroxide so it is quite effective in treating acne. However, the longer I used it, the dryer my skin became. I even used moisturizers and went down from two applications a day to just one. Eventually, I just had to stop taking it. Also, it does not settle on the skin well and all throughout the day I could see the benzamycin on my face even underneath makeup.

I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. By infusing the herb in water for several hours, you extract all the wonderful vitamins and minerals that are essential to a healthy nervous system that standard 5-10 min infusions and tinctures or pills do not extract.

anytime i generally get a headache I use advil, and it seems to work pretty well. No problems with any kind of sideaffect, I dont use it often just when severe headache.

Concerta

Concerta was the first ADHD medication I ever took. I took it for about a year, and during that time it worked very well. I would say that it is one of the best medications I have ever taken for ADHD. As I continued to take it, I noticed that it wasn’t working as well for me. I felt extremely unfocused, almost as if I constantly had a blank stare. I also began to get very dizzy and walking from one class to another was sometimes very difficult.
