To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription. This is the first drug I have taken that has made me feel better in YEARS. I have had depression/anxiety issues and Anorexia Nervosa for far too many years and this is the first time a drug has lifted my depression, lessened my anxiety and did not effect my weight all at once. I was hospitalized for a week in February with suicidal depression. I started taking Sertraline Hydrochloride on April 10th and I am a new woman. My depression is non-existent and I am the happiest I have ever been. This medication worked for me. I have had nothing great things to say about it. I took Paxil in the past and the side effects I had were weight gain and bad withdrawals when I missed a dose. I've not experienced that with Sertraline Hydrochloride.

I have used NuvaRing for over 3 years and the onlly side effect I had was loss of sex drive. I loved being able to control my periods with it and not having to remember a pill everyday. That being said, after 3 years on it I started having severe lower abdominal pain. I originally thought it was a cyst but then the pain migrated throughout my whole pelvic area. I was given this prior to my back surgery. I dont remember any of the surgery and I didnt feel anything during the surgery.

As a physician, I've fielded numerous complaints from my patients indicating Proair was not an effective rescue inhaler. AS a result, I no longer prescribe it. Suffering from reactive airway disease (RADs) myself, I need to use an inhaler on occassion, and was given Proair recently. It just doesn't work. Period. My concern is this - how many lives have been put in jeopardy by patients desparate for relief of acute symptoms, and finding no reiief w/ the use of Proari in an emergent setting?
