HI I was on vivelle dot .0375 but was getin to many hot flashes in could not sleep so my Dr. put me on Eastrasobr topical took away the hot flashe but noticed my well being was not there would start crying for no reason at all so I called my pharmacy in they said it was to much estrogen for me so I'am going to do try in error in use one packet on bothe lest instead of 2 packets a day I hope this works if not I have an appt with my dr. in hope to find somethin to make me feel normal again.

Excellent outcome from taking this daily. I've had chronic adenomosis (a type of endometriosis) for 29 years. Have been on norethisterone for 2 years to combat the condition, can honestly say it has changed my life for the better. No more disability from the extreme pain, no more exhaustion. I take Ibuprofen OTC for headaches, body aches, cold/flu, joint pain, etc. I usually take 400-600 mg and it is wonderful because it helps with pain and inflammation with NO side effects. When I had my wisdom teeth pulled out I preferred taking 800 mg ibuprofen over tylenol, darvocet, hydrocodone, and percocet.
