Azelastine Hydrochloride, also known as Astepro, has worked really well for me. I tried Omnaris before I tried Astepro. Even though I lean forward like the instructions say to do, I still get a very bad strange taste in my throat and tongue. I'm pretty sure that it is because it drains down into my throat, but the first time I tasted it, I had a hard time getting the taste off my tongue. More energy than when using Advair with less cramps. Not on long enough to compare weight gain which was evident with Advair. Am considering other options due to mood swings and severe headaches (last half a day) from this drug. Lungs feel great, but other side effects seem to make this a poor choice.

I've been taking Xyzal for about a year and I took a Xyzal one last month, and also had hallucinations! But I've never had a bad reaction with it before, so I think it may be a bad batch... Which is scary.....
