Good porduct overall, i have been a sufferer of chronic knee pain for 5 years now (i am 21) and voltaren has been amazing. From the first time you put it on, you will notice a sharp decrease in pain, and a slight decrease in swelling. Considering its function, I think creatine is great. I do, however, feel that the lack of supporting research concerning its long term effects may pose an issue. I'd strongly suggest consulting a physician prior to intense use.
