At first the drug didn't work. However when I started taking it regularly, same time everyday, it worked. My doctor told me to not drink anything 1 hour before I took it or 8 hours after I took it. That was a major pain and sometimes I found myself dehydrated.

My daughter already had two autoimmune conditions - psoriasis and urticaria (hives), but she had never had trouble with vaccines before. After the first HPV, she developed Raynauds. AFter looking at this site, she will not have any more shots until I am 100% convinced it is safe for her. We have a family history of autoimmune issues on both sides of her family, including MS, transverse myelitis, Hashimoto's, and alopecia areata.

Synthroid never affected me positively. It never resolved my symptoms and not only that, it allowed them to continue. I never got better; I only got worse. I found Armour thyroid and have never looked back. Synthroid; levoxyl, and their ilk do nothing but make money for their makers. They give a false hope, while Armour gives true hope and true theraputic value. Synthetics shoud be thrown off the market. They are worthless drugs.

While one of Gleevec's side affects is diarreha (mine was really severe) I found that by taking 1000mg of vitamin D every other day almost completely stopped it. I didn't find that out until after losing 35 lbs. but if it helps someone else, great. Puffy eyes for 7 years now have made my eyes so beat up looking. Haven't found anything that really helped that. Considering its function, I think creatine is great. I do, however, feel that the lack of supporting research concerning its long term effects may pose an issue. I'd strongly suggest consulting a physician prior to intense use.

I found ibuprofen to be oustanding for relieving inflamation & pain. Unfortunately, it made my heart race and/or beat irregularly, so I had to stop using it.
