Once I started on the Lexapro my suicidal thoughts and feelings of hopelessness were no longer an issue. I loved being able to sleep at nights again. I have had great results with hardly any side effects. The cost is very expensive so I tried other meds hoping to get the same results but other meds were not as successful; prozac did nothing for me...still weepy and depressed. I've consumed pomegranates not so much as for prescribed health reasons, but for a healthy diet. Although I have not seen any negative side effects as a result of consuming pomegranates, I have not seen any benefits either.

My daughter was very seriously sickened by this poison and the CDC and the Senators and Congressmen still say they consider the risks/reward ratio. Bull! When 14 children are hurt by cribs they recall all cribs and stop selling them. When the Toyota pedals were "sticking" (so we are told...) and somewhere around 7 people are hurt and they make the big to do, but 59 deaths are reported along with an astronomical amount of damaged girls and they say 'weigh the risks'? I have been taking esipram now for 1 month and can say it has helped me tremendously. I take 10mg a day i the morning. It only took 5 days before i felt the anxiety decrease and my moods lifted. not sure the time period i wil stay on them for but for now my life is so much better because of them. I was always against anti depressents always considered myself mentally strong, we all have our breaking points i have experienced mine, and now i am rebuilding my mental health day by day.

I'm on my second pack of LoSeasonique and I've still been having a monthly period, except it's lighter but about two days longer. I'm almost finished with this pack and the bleeding is just now starting to show signs of stopping (it's much lighter and just spotting). I called my doctor and she's switching me to the regular Seasonique, but I'm only going to give it one pack and if things don't get better, I'm going to see about switching completely.
