I initially started taking Clonazepam recreationally and realized that I needed to move toward actually obtaining this as a normal regiment. I am highly ADHD and have a mood disorder. I refuse to take Depakote (i have side effects to Lithium). I am aware of the long term effects of Clonazepam. I honestly was one to believe people need to handle stressors without the need of drugs. I seem to shake a bit less. It helps reduce the 'locking' of my foot which had interferred with my jogging before I took it. probably 50% reduction.

When I first feel a cold sore come on all I have to do is call my doctor for a Rx Valtrex start right away and the cold sore never blossoms on my lips! Its awesome!!

Prior to using Candex, I had already been on a cleansing, higher protein diet with little if any dairy, grains or (and especially) limited or no simple sugars. If I reintroduce these foods while using Candex, I obviously find myself feeling more exhausted and achy all over due to providing a feeding frenzy to the fungus. My recommendation, keep your diet at a cleansing level in order to assist the process.
