I take adderall 20mg in the evenings to study and for late night classes. I take vyvanse in the morning and it usually lasts until about 4pm. The adderall holds me over for the rest of the evening. I would take adderall more often but I hate that the effects only last 4-5 hrs and I do not want to have to take medicine 3-4 times a day. i was on yaz before and ortho-tricyclen lo before that. ortho mad em gain a bunch of weight and i had really bad depression and anxiety. I went on Yaz and did'nt have many side effects except a drop in sex drive. However after two years i started getting abnormal periods - where i would bleed for a month at a time and got anemic. I'm a 42 yrs., and suffer from endometriosis. Heavy periods, and extreme cramps and bloating for up to 8 days. I have refused to use BC for approximately 10 yrs. because of all the side effects. I have been taking Zyflamend for prostate problems when they occur. if I take 2 capsules 2x per day the problems usually clear up with in a weak. If i don't take it, the problems go on without relief.
