I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. I have been taking Simcor for a few months too. Beginning in April I was awakened from a sound sleep by the itching. My entire body was sunburn red and I thought I was going to claw my skin off. Tried taking a cold shower, benadryl, anti-itch cream and nothing helped. Finally had to go to an Urgent Care Clinic for a shot and prescription. I am taking minipress xl 5 mg daily at night due to passing urine fully since 2002. what will be the side effect? is it effected kidney or not. please advise me. may i continue this medicine regularly or not? because of i am habituated.

I am so sorry for you side effects, but I must say I was happy to read your post!! I have Graves disease and had radio active therapy 10 years ago and have been on levoxyl for many years with no problems until now. I recently have been experiencing trembling of my arms, torso, and legs, pretty frequently but I only usually notice it at night. Shortly after being treated with Gardasil I developed strange cognitive issues, joint pain, bone pain, chronic fatigue, and many other symptoms. Recently these finally lead to a diagnosis of a rare autoimmune disorder called scleroderma or CREST syndrome. I have no family history of autoimmunity and there are others who have developed other similar illnesses like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. Definitely do not get these shots if you have a predisposition for autoimmune disease.
