For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. There is a strange metallic taste that the user gets when using these eye drops. About 20 min. after use, thru the sinus cavity, the taste becomes apparent and stays for about 30 min. Rather unpleasant.
