I have a murdering mood swing, i snap at anything although my skin look far much better, no weight gain, light bleeding but I had terrible headache a few days before I bleed.

I'm usually satisfied with Microgestin, but lately it's been inconsistent with relieving my pain and heaviness of flow. I also had irregular bleeding 2 weeks before my normal period. I'm unsure if this is normal or a problem with Microgestin, but it will be discussed with my doctor.

I like advil because it is small and I dont like taking big pills. It just doesnt seem to have as good of an effect on me as tylenol does to relieve my headaches

Theraflu is very good. I take it when I cannot access Nyquil, but it still does the job. If you do not have time to sleep it off, then do not take it.

Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. Zyrtek worked great in the first few months that I used it. I had to stop because of the frequent headaches that I started getting. A few months ago I decided to try it again when my allergies were really bad and I got another bad headache and haven't used it since.
