Retin-A Micro was prescribed to me by my dermatologist for my acne. He said that it would increase my break outs only to speed up the process and treat my acne problem more quickly, "get all of it out from under the skin" as he put it. I wasn't told that it could have possible side effects of raising blood pressure and chest pain. Even though I think what I went through may be rare, I think it should be listed on brochure and people should apply topical cream sparingly.

Pomegranate

Pomegranates definitely have a lot of health benefits. I have not yet seen any results, but I do not take pomegranates on a prescribed dosage.

Dexamethasone

I was prescribed dexamethasone for severe inflammation in my tonsils when I had mononucleosis. I was unable to swallow and had difficulty breathing due to my enlarged tonsils, but the dexamethosone improved the swelling significantly very quickly. It made me very hungry, but I had also lost a lot of weight from my illness, so this side effect was not bad for me. I use this medication to relieve my bone problems due to the arthritis and it helps my bone pain, the good thing is I do not get any side effects.

Klonopin

Taken as needed (once every month or 2) for anxiety and tremors of the hand. Has made me confident to do things I would never imagine being able to do in the past. I feel like I can function as a normal human being now. I feel no side effects after taking it except for mild fatigue the next day while working out.

Benadryl

Benadryl is great also with the itching you get the next couple days after your sunburn. It is the antihistamine that helps. Also, benadryl is great for poison ivy. The diphenhydramine helps me sleep at night and the antihistamine helps clear the poison ivy up from the inside out. Great product!
