I have minimal side effects, if any. I do wish that it was an oral medication. It is supposed to last 24 hours, but it lasts more like 20 hours.

I think Claritin-D 24-hour helped most of my symptoms but not all. It definitely alleviated my sinus symptoms, but it neither helped my dry, itchy eyes nor my sore, irritated throat. Throughout the years I have tried numerous allergy medications, and for OTC meds, Claritin- D 24-hour is the best that I have found. I have taken prozac for nine months. I feel I got worse not better. My feeling I thought got better at first. Then I still had anger I started getting so tired and depressed more. It was horrible and I felt strange. You take a pill once a day then you fell you need a higher dose and it just gets worse with the higher doses. Then I had enough of the feeling ect..
