No negative effects at all, only good for treating acne rosecea. Had suffered fom this condition without knowing and seeking medical advice for two years with horrendous breakouts of spots,blisters and patches of inflamed skin. Trazodone has helped with my insomnia and has made it easier for me to sleep. It also does not make me groggy in the morning when I wake up. However, I see a significant difference in effectiveness depending on what pharmacy I get it from.
