Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg. I began drinking green tea straight and in other forms when I realized the benefits of the Asian tea. I have not seen any significant changes but I do notice that after drinking green tea that I experience bursts of energy and higher mood levels.

I have had to go without cymbalta before if I've missed a dose or wasn't able to fill it right away and I notice a huge difference like a withdrawl affect. I will get nervous/anxious, sweaty, fidgity, irritable.
