Benadryl relieves my allergy symptoms but the few times I have taken it actually have been to help me sleep. Unlike some may assume, taking it with Singulair (which I use regularly) caused no side effects. It also worked right away.

I have no know side effects, I sleep less (I love to sleep so thats bad for me) meaning usually I sleep during the day endlessly, now the day ends and I didnt remember to sleep. I started using NeilMed Sinus Rinse approx. 100 days ago, after having sinus surgery. Since then, I've been having problems with my heart pounding, and trouble sleeping. Anyone else experiencing this? I would like very much to find out if it's from the NeilMed, or if I need to start looking elsewhere. I find that Avil is a great pain reliever when my ankle is swoleen and in pain from the surgury that I had in October. I only take it as needed for pain and find that when I do take it; it is very effective
