Bactrim wasn't very fast-acting. I recall having to take it over long periods of time. However, in the long run it is surely effective.

THIS DRUG PERMANENTLY CASTRATED ME. I took 10 mg a day for 5 weeks and lost all sexual function. It has been a year after discontinuation and I have not regained my libido, arousal, desire. Am completely asexual. I am not taking any drugs and have not taken any before in my life. Will most likely commit suicide. THANKS LUNDBECK! I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL!!!

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. I take my prednisone when I am having an asthma flare which is rare, but the medicine does help tremendously whithin 1 to 2 days
