I was put on Lyrica for fibromyalgia. I started out on a very low dose since I don't handle meds very well. 25 mg once a day for two days, then 50 mg for two days, then 75 mg for two days, then 100 mg for two days. On the day after I took 75mg (I took the pills at night) I started bleeding! I am post menopause. Haven't had a period in over 16 months. Now I'm having a hard time. I have used Lymecycline for several months and whilst I have not noticed any serios side effects, it does not help my chronic dry eye condition. It appeared to help when I first began using it but soon became less effective. I was not happy about doubling up on the dosage as was recommended as the probable side effects were worrying.

This drug is efficient against high blood pressure. I started this treatment almost 10 years ago. It has no side effect and it is a cheap drug.

I have found since I have been taking Betahistine that I have had shortness of breath on several occasions, which can be pretty scary. My mouth and throat feel quite dry a lot of the time, but that isn't such a big deal. I have noticed also that my nails have been 'peeling'. I don't know if this is related but it has never happened before I started taking Betahistine - and I have a pretty healthy and varied diet.
