Considering its function, I think creatine is great. I do, however, feel that the lack of supporting research concerning its long term effects may pose an issue. I'd strongly suggest consulting a physician prior to intense use.

I did not expect to bleed for 2weeks and 4days. The cramps were intense, and lasted for 2days. The intial bleeding was horrific, i never expected to bleed so heavily in such a short period of time. You definitely need to be prepared. The inital nausea wasn't that bad.

To the person who was taking Xyzal for sinusitis and yelled at your boss I can sure identify with you on this. I previously wrote that while taking Xyzal I was hallucinating. The hallucinations was mostly at night time when I took the pills. I had hallucinations with my boss and co-workers. I kept my family up for 5 days and I lost a weeks pay from work. Its really weird because i swear it makes my neurodermatitis break out really bad when im on it. and after a few days of taking it i start losing the energy and feel fatigued and worn out and my head doesnt feel right

Motrin (ibuprofen) worked effectively in treating most obvious fever symptoms (sore throat, stuffy and runny nose, etc.) Highly recommended for fever symptom treatment, especially in regards to children.
