Oracea has worked for me. While not completely gone, my rosacea is markedly improved. However, I have concluded that Oracea is probably also the source of my severe joint pain, muscle soreness and fatigue. Enpresse has been both good and bad for me. At first it was great. It shortened my periods from at least 10 days to 4 or 5 days. I barely had any breakouts or cramps. Now I still have shortened periods but I have acne every month and cramps. I also experience increased discharge every day. I also have yeast infections at least twice a month.
