The whole process starts with getting rid of toxins, both external factors such as smoking and looking at the "gut" and any dysbiosis that may be in itself producing endotoxins from poor digestion and poor elimination. During the winter my hair tends to fall out while im taking this medication. I have been taking this medication since I was born and I have seen good results according to my bloodwork. I get my bloodwork done every 6 months and the only part I don't like is when they take my blood. Other than that I am very satisfied with this medication because the last time I went to the doctor's I gained 5-6 pounds !!! I was very happy about this !

I spotted continually as well as mood swings. Depression like you wouldn't believe and I was so tired, it was hard to stay awake through a whole day. My second month I got my period heavier than I've ever had so I quit immediately. This pill should be taken off the market asap. If you want to go generic, I recommend Jolesa. This one has worked for me.
