The problem is that, the food is highly selective. I have to constantly choose what to eat, and what not too. This is seriously annoying, because carbohydrates are almost everywhere. When my blood sugar is too low, I take some malt or any sweet drink to balance it. When it is too high, it has side effects too, such as loss of your mind, fever, hallucinations, etc.

Dexedrine can act as an appetite suppressant. Although some may take advantage of this characteristic, I find that if I don't keep protein and small meals going and drink a lot of water I become edgy and nervy. Even if you don't feel hungry it is better to have a little something healthy (not sugary as this spikes and drops energy levels). This medication is very effective. Prior to taking this medication, sometimes I'd read a chapter 4, 5 times and not absorb the material. Now that I've been taking it I am focused, I am productive..

Let me make this short and clear: I was extremely happy on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo. Lutera has screwed me over in so many ways. For starters, I have never had a serious acne problem in my life and just three days ago my boyfriend came over and called me pizza face. It's interesting...It definitely makes me feel MUCH better. I initially caved into "drugs" after dealing with horrible panic attacks for two years. I tried to stay away from reading reviews because I knew I wouldn't take it then. I have to tell you, I have definitely gained weight, and whether it's from this drug or personal eating habits, I don't know.
