Tarka is a great drug but I don't recommend buying it. The drug companies are way too proud of it and increase the price to the point that it is not affordable. The greed is sickening. Instead of paying $160 a month just get your doctor to prescribe Trandolapril + Verapamil hydrochloride separately. Two pills but the total cost is around $17 a month. My daughter has been diagnosed with Juveniele Idiopathic Arthtritis which has caused inflammation in her wrists, knees, ankles, lining of the lungs/chest cavity, and the spine. She also has been diagnosed with Raynaud's. Vyvanse is the only drug I've taken since I was diagnosed with ADD. I'm 47, so I can tell you it's not just for children. It really works, too. If anything, I have to be more careful with prioritizing my tasks, because with Vyvanse, it's easy to hyperfocus on whatever is in front of me. The drug lasts at least 8 hours.
