I'm on my second pack of LoSeasonique and I've still been having a monthly period, except it's lighter but about two days longer. I'm almost finished with this pack and the bleeding is just now starting to show signs of stopping (it's much lighter and just spotting). I called my doctor and she's switching me to the regular Seasonique, but I'm only going to give it one pack and if things don't get better, I'm going to see about switching completely. It works very well for me. I take it to treat my vitamin D deficiency. Last time I went to doctor, my deficiency had improved. It doesn't waste wonderful, but it works so I take it. I usually drink it with orange juice, instead of water, so that it takes the taste away.

The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems.
