The first time I took it, I had no problems and, along with an anti-candida diet, my rashes cleared up. While I did list side-effects on the product, I believe the side-effects are just a result of mental consequences. Yeast infections are persistent problem, but I think the desperate need to cure the condition is what cause my frustration with the product.
