I've taken Solodyn for approx. 45 days. I now have permanent blue/gray tooth discoloration that I am incredibly upset about. My teeth used to be beautiful and now they look like the color of a fish. It was pretty subtle so I didn't notice it right away and when I did I thought maybe it was staining from red wine. Occasionally i feel a tingly feeling on my lip and as soon as i apply aciclovir it removes the fever blister before it becomes large and painful. I was very impressed with the results because before i used to have to wait for a week and a half for it to clear on its own but now i don't even have to wait for it to appear.

It's great for dealing with congestion/hay fever, but I stopped taking Drixoral after a short period of time because for me the dry mouth and thirst outweighed the benefits. I found myself drinking much more than usual because of my dry mouth, and consequently having to visit the bathroom much more frequently than usual.
