I come from a very allergic background, and I've tried other medications but I feel like Benadryl is the most efficient and gives me the fastest relief. The downside is that I do get very drowsy when I take it.

I'm taking the highest dosage for the solus pen once a day and have not noticed any change in blood sugar. Had to get off metformin because of digestion problems which are somewhat better now, but still persistent at times. I'm going to see if doctor will change everything next office visit.

My doctor is switching me to Luvox CR to see if it improves my difficulty with short term memory loss. I have also begun to have a terrible time waking up in the morning. In reading about Luvox it seems that it is effective without the memory loss associated with Cymbalta on occasion. As we lowered the dose from 90mg to 60mg there was not a really signifigant increase in short term memory so switching to Luvox CR is our next option. I have stopped and started three times, to be sure it was the Lipofen causing me the problems and got the same results every time. This being a non statin my doctor thought it might work on me because all Crestor and other statin type drugs have made me very ill. Don't know where to go from here; wish I knew why both statins and this make me so sick, and if there is another route to take.
