I have always suffered from mild panic attacks and anxiety since my parents divorced as a child. For a long time, I thought it was just a flaw when my doctor explained to me some people just need help relaxing their nerves when it comes to stress and anxiety. I started taking xanax shortly after my daughter was born 2 1/2 years ago and have had amazing results. This doesn't work for me. I have marked that it raises my stress level because, like another poster, it stresses me out when I go hiking and I can't be sure I will live through an asthma emergency. Luckily Advair keeps me OK.

I am not sure if the bentyl is causing my hands to swell and my heart rate is higher. I feel better but I don't know if its worth the other pain from my hands.

This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously.
