12 Dec 2015 I used this because I thought I was constipated. Do not use unless you feel like you ABSOLUTELY NEED IT! I took it Tuesday night at 10pm and the next day had extremely painful cramping all day. The same feelings continued all day Thursday.. very painful cramping and lots of gas. I had diahrrea all night Thursday night, and the same thing continued for over a week. I had painful cramping and diahrrea for over a week. I had to miss class and could barely stand at work. I have used a different brand of stool softener before and had no painful cramping and the pooping only lasted one day. This stuff is AWFUL!!!
