Description
Stress is characterized as the emotional or physical warning that the body endures when its having a hard time coping with nature--forces like pressure that are from the outside world affecting the individual
Causes
Causes of stress are things to a person that create pressure toward them. Things that their body has a hard time dealing with. ( most common ones are School, Family, Social life, Speaking etc.)
Prevention
Prevention is almost similar to treatments because the best way to prevent it is to exercise, eat healthy, and have a balanced diet.
Common Symptoms
Common symptons for stress are panic attacks, sleeplessness, wet hands and feet (Sweating), stomach pain, difficulty swallowing, muscle tension, difficulties in concentrating, forgetfulness.dry mouth, diarrhea.
Rare Symptoms
Abusing drugs, angry outbursts, yourself socially, drinking or smoking excessively, withdrawing or having crying spells
Traditional Treatment
The most effective and accepted strategies to treat stress is to exercise, deep breating (such as yoga), spa treatment, a balanced diet.
Alternative Treatment
Alternative Treatments for patients that result in psychological disorders will result in medication therapy to help them cope. (for example; Insomnia;lunesta may be given).
