Common Uses:

The B vitamins often work together to deliver a number of health benefits to the body. B vitamins have been shown to:
Support and increase the rate of metabolism;
Maintain healthy skin and muscle tone;
Enhance immune and nervous system function;
Promote cell growth and division — including that of the red blood cells that help prevent anemia;
Reduce the risk of pancreatic cancer, one of the most lethal forms of cancer, when consumed in food, but not when ingested in vitamin tablet form.

Together, they also help combat the symptoms and causes of stress, depression, and cardiovascular disease.

They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.

Off Label Uses:

None noted thus far.

Side Effects:
B50 Balanced may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste;
Consult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become severe;
If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Cautions / Warnings:

Symptoms of overdose may include diarrhea, loss of coordination; numbness of the hands or feet; joint pain, or painful urination;
If you have diabetes, consult your doctor before using B50 Balanced;
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant before using B50 Balanced;
No problems have been reported in pregnant or nursing women when B50 Balanced was used in normal doses.

Drug Interactions:
Tell your doctor if you take any other medication, including nonprescription;
B50 Balanced may affect certain urine lab tests, including some urine glucose tests.

Have an autoimmune disease and hair is breaking off and coming out.. Was told I should take Vitamin B50 complex daily and that it will help my energy level. I have gained 5 lbs and stay constipated so not sure this is correct vitamin for me.
