The causes of most of these conditions are due to smoking, a high fat intake diet, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and a lack of exercise and physical activity. Prevention
Physical activity and exercise, a proper diet, low cholesterol, low blood pressure, anitplatelet drugs, coumadin and not smoking.
Common Symptoms
Shortness or breath, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, and sweating.
Rare Symptoms
Nausea, and pain in shoulders arms, neck, throat, jaw, or back.
Traditional Treatment
Aspirin, beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, antiarrhythmics, calcium channel blockers, surgery, AEDs.
Alternative Treatment
Ginger, exercise, water pills, vasodilators.
