11 Oct 2012 untill now content with the results, less feelings of stress and more confident, i don't take it for a long time yet so have to wait if it will remain like this or if i will have side effects

20 Oct 2010 I have stage 4 colorectal cancer (diagnosed 1 year ago) and since I have been taking amrit kalash I have enjoyed optimum health. Previously I had bowel surgery and removal of the right lobe of my liver. I have had no chemotherapy. Since taking amrit (3months) I have returned to a full working week and have also resumed weight training. I have plenty of energy, my weight is stable and I am enjoying life to the full. Although the cost of amrit is reasonably high I am understandably very reluctant to discontinue taking it! Although the prognosis for stage 4 cancer is poor, I feel that combining a healthy diet and lifestyle with amrit, at least I have a better than average fighting chance.

26 Jul 2009 This is great stuff and people need to know about it. I went to my high school reunion and year ago and everyone commented that I hadn't aged. When i talk Amrit Kalash I don't seem to get colds and my digestion is much better. I am a big believer in the long term benefits and they should do more studies on the benefits.
