I am on 300mg at night....i don't sleep well.....i have to move my legs alot.....in the morning my legs feel shaky and i feel anxious.....have tons of gas

You name an anxiety disorder, and I have it: I worry about EVERYTHING, I have (sometimes very severe) OCD, and I suffer from panic attacks. This medication helped me so much, and I was actually able to go away to college with very little anxiety. I was very sensitive to this medication, and actually only needed 50 mg to feel the full effects (the recommended doses are much higher). It did cause some sexual side effects, especially in the beginning - but nothing that I couldn't work around. The only reason that I weaned off this medication is because it made me so tired. I would sleep for 12-16 hours per day, but I would still be so tired. I would often fall asleep in class no matter how much I struggled to stay awake. I was able to work around it, but then I started a job, and I started falling asleep at my desk. I honestly would get back on this medication if it didn't make me so tired.
