I did not experience that, but I did have extreme stomach pain with it. Perhaps that is translating to anxiety for you. Are you perhaps sensitive to Potassium? That can cause a rapid heartbeat. I imagine that could potentially set off an anxiety attack. Sorry, I couldn't be more helpful.

I am convinced that this medicine is giving me anxiety, I started taking this drug last summer to help control the MSK stone but got into terrible form and developed terrible anxiety. This year, I again tried this drug and again, I developed severe anxiety. Surely it couldn't be pure coincidence.... anyone else suffer the same thing ?

This medication has been VERY effective in diminishing my stone frequency. I have not been in significant pain since i started the prescription, so I have been very pleased. I have been on it for over a month now, and I am still having the stomach problems that I had in the beginning, but now I notice that I am bruising easily, often, and quite severely. I asked my doctor if this could be due to the medication. He said no. I would like to keep taking it, so I hope this is the case. Mainly, I am curious if others have had similar experiences and, if so, what they have done to alleviate them.
