04 Jun 2009 Beconase AQ is the best thing ever for nasa allergies with congestion, i could not smell or taste at all anymore, after 1 day of treatment i felt relief , it took about 4 days i was clear, the greatest thing about it, no more sinus infection, beconase block allergens from entering the nose, i used to have sinus infection every other month. Plus you can dose it lower for winter, when allergies are less. Nasal bleeding is a side effect, but can be avoided by reducing the dose to once a day, i use it every other day in winter and it still works great
