03 May 2012 I had a weird episode where I was totally awake and felt like I was in a dream, I stopped taking it for a week and started over, after two weeks of doubling my insulin intake I quit taking it and am still having trouble with my blood sugar almost two months later

29 Feb 2012 I had to stop taking chantix 9 weeks into a 12 week cause. Had seizure in my sleep, now have epilepsy, nothing in family, i have never suffered a head injury. Did not have epilepsy before chantix. Have now got sjogrens, and vit d dificency. This pill has ruin my life.

09 Jan 2012 So, far I have noticed a reduction in my NEED and mental attention for cigarettes. My major reaction is acne, redness, swelling and itching all over my body, especially on my face and chest. This is uncommon for me, but painful and it's making me question whether or not I should continue. I have the biggest hope to quit smoking and not give up, but I can't deal with this side affect and the nauseousness that sometimes stops me in my tracks. I will continue for now and look for some ways to treat these side effects meanwhile, because I don't wanna give up on my attempt at finally quitting smoking!

Berry, Chantix worrked fine for the first 6 to 8 months from when I STARTED, HOWEVER, I began to break out with acne, iI never had acne as a child, and I would begin to break out with red splotches on my cheek areas. I was excited because I had quit smoking for the first time in 30 years, it was a miracle. however, when the breakouts occured, I discontinues using Chantix, however the breakout never totally went away. I recently had an appointment with my family doctor and he prescribed Metrogel topical 1% 20 days supply. I would like to know if this will ever go away, the last time I went to the doctor, the breakout was one of the worst I have ever had. Is their a lawsuit against Chantix at this time or in the near future, the medicine I use is $279 Dollars for a 20 day supply. It is also disgusting to look at.
