The anti inflammatory properties of Meloxicam are great compared to the dosage one must take if it where any other Nsaid to produce comparable results.

I had an eye event when I suffered a optic migraine...still not sure if it was associated with Meloxicam as I was under stress.

About Meloxicam
Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to relieve the symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever; and as an analgesic, especially where there is an inflammatory component. It is closely related to piroxicam.
In Europe it is marketed under the brand names Movalis, Melox, and Recoxa. In North USA it is generally marketed under the brand name Mobic.
