08 Nov 2012 I did not like it it caused me pain in my hips and legs also I told my MD and he said to stop the drug and just to do weight vest walking with a vest made by nyknyc company which I am doing and I like it very much but I stopped the drug it was a bad drug. check out www.nyknyc.com to see those vests

17 Jul 2011 I thought it was only doing good as my testing showed my density was improving. Then my hips started aching and my mother said she had the same simptom and stopped taking the Fosamax, and the pain stopped. I did the same and it stopped for me also.

12 Mar 2011 I have been taking Fosamax for 4 years. The side effects have gotten worse the last two. I do have an irregular heart beat (Supra VT) that has also gotten worse. My last bone density test shows the results to be very minimal if at all.
