25 Jan 2018 The product has whey protein (milk) in it which caused me severe abdominal cramping and diarrhea. As a result of this I ended up having a kidney stone. As for its effectiveness for pain control, the relief is very minimal and doesn't last long. The product is a little sedating.

17 Apr 2017 No noticeable change in knee pain after 30 day. Extremely drying and difficult to take on an empty stomach as recommended. Not something I wanted to invest in long term so I quit taking it.
