21 Jan 2012 Was prescribed Trazodone for Insomnia. Took it a total of 3 times- was too strong. I took half of the prescribed dose, still made me sleep about 12 hours. Took half of a half the next time and STILL slept 12 hours. Cannot take it.

12 Jan 2012 I have been on Trazodone for nearly a year, for the treatment of depression, anxiety and associated sleep problems. It has helped me tremendously, although I still have residual symptoms of depression.I have little interest/motivation in doing anything,and my concentration is still very poor.
