14 Nov 2011 I've been on Tri-Sprintec for 7 months after switching from Yasmine which I had been on for years (lost my insurance & couldn't afford $95/mo for birth control). I have a history of depression & anxiety but have experienced no problems with it at all since being on this pill. I've noticed no changes in weight that I can contribute to this pill. I have never really had cramps like most ladies I know but would get my warning signs up to a week before my period started. That has changed to an even milder form of cramping & doesn't happen until about an hour before I start. My periods are slightly heavier and last about a day or two longer but overall not a drastic change. With my first few pill packs I did notice some breast tenderness that was not associated with normal pms symptoms but that has since stopped. My vision some days seems like I have mucus over my eyes but being an allergy sufferer I can't say for sure if this is from having changed pills although I don't recall it being a problem as frequently in the past. My memory is always terrible so I also can't say if that is bc related or not. Some people naturally produce more yeast than others & most all hormonal birth controls will increase this production, however, with that said I have yet to have my first yeast infection since going on this pill. My Dr had previously recommended that I take acidopholous (sp?) because I have a history of them but I'm out of work and too cheap to buy anymore right now so I can't say this is the reason I haven't had any. I have noticed an increase in feeling light headed since going on this pill. It doesn't feel the same as when you're dizzy from being sick or from high blood pressure. Its a mild dizziness but enough that I've noticed it. The biggest problem I have had since being on this pill is a HUGE decrease in my sex drive. We're talking I used to be able to take care of myself and have sex with my husband in the same day. I can't tell you the last time I truly wanted to do either.

10 Jan 2012 I was on Tri-Sprintec for two weeks and started experiencing frequent dizziness, so I stopped using it. My blood pressure was also high. I am sure it was from this pill.

04 Nov 2011 My periods have been dreadful since going on this birth control pill. Heavy bleeding lasting well over a week. I cannot continuous cycle on this pill because if I don't take the inert pills and have a period as scheduled I not only have a period anyway but I continue to bleed until such time as I DO take the inert pills and start a new cycle of pills.

31 Oct 2011 After reading all of these reviews I feel much better knowing I'm not the only one experiencing these side effects. I've also noticed that ny legs have been itchy.... It's been like 3 days since I've been getting minor cramps as if I was going to get my period... But its 2 weeks away... And this is my second pack by the way... And first bc pills I've ever tried. And I'm not sexually active.. I'm on the pill for severe cramps.
