The generic name of this medication are atropine and pralidoxime chloride and the brand name is ATNAA.

The active ingredient of this medication are atropine and pralidoxime.

Used to decrease secretions in the oral cavity and respiratory passages; thereby providing relief from constriction and spasm of the respiratory passages; It could also function by decreasing the paralytic effect on respiration resulting from the actions of toxic agents on the central nervous system.

Common Uses:

Off Label Uses:

None noted currently.

Side Effects:
Dryness of the mouth;
Blurred vision;
Photophobia;
Confusion;
Headache;
Dizziness;
Tachycardia;
Palpitations;
Flushing;
Urinary hesitance or retention;
Constipation;
Abdominal distention;
Nausea;
Vomiting;
Loss of libido, and impotency.

Cautions / Warnings:

Not recommended for following conditions:
Who are allergice to atropine and pralidoxime chloride;
Who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant;
Who have atrial flutter, severe narrow angle glaucoma, pyloric stenosis, or prostatic hypertrophy;
Who have Severe difficulty in breathing.

Drug Interactions:
Drug Interactions: When atropine and pralidoxime are used together, the signs of atropinization (flushing, mydriasis, tachycardia, dryness of the mouth and nose) may occur earlier than might be expected when atropine is used alone because pralidoxime may potentiate the effect of atropine.
