17 Jan 2011 Very effective pain killer (like Tylenol in effectiveness). Makes breathing easier as it dilates bronchial passages. Also has a calming effect. The downside to this herbal medicine is the extreme garlic taste and odor. Ajos Sacha is also known as false garlic. It is also a natural antiviral. Too much will cause mild diarhea.
