The generic name of this medication is pemirolast ophthalmic and brand name is Alamast.

The active ingredient of this medication is pemirolast potassium and inactive ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose and lactose hydrous.

Alamast Ophthalmic is manufactured by Parkedale Pharmaceuticals.

Mainly used to treat ocular (eye) symptoms of allergic conditions such as itching.

This medication is used to treat ocular (eye) symptoms of allergic conditions such as itching.

Dry eyes or other eye discomfort

Cautions / Warnings:

Not recommended for patients with the following conditions:
If there is bacterial, viral or fungal infection in the eye.
