03 Dec 2012 I can't begin to describe how much this supplement has helped me. The best way I would describe it is it levels me out. If I'm exhausted, it gives me energy without jitters, just natural energy. If I have insomnia, it makes me sleepy and helps me sleep. It seems to know exactly what my body needs to make it feel normal again. And best of all, this stuff is sooo good for you. Who needs poisonous pharmaceuticals??

21 Jul 2011 I am taking Avena Sativa since few days for the treatment of Depression and Erectile dysfunction.Now My depression level is normal but ED problem is being increased.

17 Oct 2009 For greatest effectiveness, should be prepared as an infusion. The standard preparation is about 4 oz per liter of boiling water infused for at least 4 hours. Lengthy infusion extracts a large amount of the minerals that contribute to a healthy nervous system and bone health (calcium, magnesium, etc) that you don't really get from extracts, capsules etc

07 Oct 2009 I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. By infusing the herb in water for several hours, you extract all the wonderful vitamins and minerals that are essential to a healthy nervous system that standard 5-10 min infusions and tinctures or pills do not extract.
