17 Jul 2011 This is very fast acting at relieving a sore throat, and prevented it from developing into something more severe. It relieved my toothache too, by spraying 3 mg onto the gumline of a sensitive tooth.

29 Aug 2010 I use the product Dermoplast when I get a sunburn. The ingredients are benzocaine and menthol and it is great at relieving the pain associated with sunburn. As soon as I spray it on I have instant relief.

05 Aug 2009 Benzocaine is an ingredient in Chloraseptic Cough Lozenges, which is what I have been taking for sore throat. The Benzocaine works efficiently to numb the scratchiness of my throat so that I do not have to be bothered by the pain in my throat for atleast a few hours.
