Common Uses:
This medication is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by slowing down the heart and decreasing the amount of blood it pumps out. This helps to decrease blood pressure.
Off Label Uses:
None noted currently.
Side Effects:
•feeling short of breath, even with mild exertion;
•swelling of your ankles or feet;
•slow or uneven heartbeats; or
•numbness or cold feeling in your hands and feet.
Cautions / Warnings:
Not recommended for the following:
Who have asthma, bronchitis;
Who have diabetes;
who have a thyroid disorder.
Drug Interactions:
digitalis;
clonidine;
reserpine;
guanethidine.

motor skills are getting worse each month, having so much trbl trying to pick up small objects and especially grabbing sheets of paper, also some dizziness at times

The generic name of bystolic is Nebivolol. The brand name is bystolic. The active ingrediants of BYSTOLIC contains nebivolol hydrochloride equivalent to 2.5, 5, and 10 mg of nebivolol base. In addition, BYSTOLIC contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, D&C Red #27 Lake, FD&C Blue #2 Lake, FD&C Yellow #6 Lake, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, polysorbate 80, and sodium lauryl sulfate.
